Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days. We ship via PostNL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Within Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Outside Europe: 10–45 business days after dispatch
Please note that if your order is shipped via PostNL to a destination outside the Netherlands, delivery will be handed over to a local carrier partner in your country. We are unable to influence or guarantee which local carrier will complete the final delivery.
International orders may also be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can add to the delivery time. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier disruptions, extreme weather events, or other force majeure situations. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues.
We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect address information.
We currently do not offer express or overnight shipping.
