Front License Plate Mount

The front bracket attaches to the ID.4 grille without requiring permanent modification to the bumper.

Two mounting positions are available, allowing you to position the license plate higher or lower depending on your preference. See the product photos for examples of both positions.

The mounting system is designed specifically around the shape and dimensions of the Volkswagen ID.4 rather than using a generic universal bracket.

Rear License Plate Mount

The rear bracket provides a no-drill alternative for mounting the rear license plate.

The current design features reinforced mounting arms and a tubular joint for additional rigidity while keeping the bracket discreetly positioned behind the license plate.

Installation

Installation requires no drilling.

Follow the installation instructions and video guide for your selected bracket. After installation, make sure the bracket, license plate, and mounting hardware are securely attached before driving.

We recommend periodically checking the bracket and hardware as part of your normal vehicle maintenance.

Designed From Real-World Experience

This isn't a universal bracket adapted to fit the ID.4. YURIK developed this mount specifically for the Volkswagen ID.4 and has used the design in real-world driving for nearly two years, including regular US highway use.

More than 3,000 customers across the US and Canada have used YURIK ID.4 license plate mounts in a wide range of climates—from cold northern winters to hot southern conditions.

The bracket is 3D printed from PETG and sits largely behind the installed license plate, helping shield it from direct UV exposure.

Based on our customer experience to date, we have received no reports of vehicle overheating attributed to the mount.

Check the bracket and mounting hardware periodically and before long journeys. Do not continue using the product if the bracket is cracked, damaged, deformed, or can no longer be securely attached.
