Return & Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
As a webshop based in the Netherlands, we are subject to EU consumer law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at yurikaccessories@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. Items returned under the right of withdrawal must be in the same condition as received — unused, in their original packaging, and with any included documentation.
Upon withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs you paid, within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as stated in advance in accordance with Article 6(1)(k) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. We will provide return address details upon request.
If you are outside the European Union, our standard 14-day return window still applies, but the statutory right of withdrawal does not. Return shipping costs and any import taxes or customs duties imposed by the relevant authorities are the full responsibility of the buyer. Buyer to supply their own return shipping label. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
2. How to Start a Return
Contact us at yurikaccessories@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted. Returns should be sent to:

3. Exceptions — Items Not Eligible for Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalised items made to your specifications
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging
Sale items and gift cards are subject to the same return rights as full-price items.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at yurikaccessories@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. The cost of returning a defective item is our responsibility.
5. 2-Year Legal Guarantee
Under EU law, all products sold by YURIK Accessories carry a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. If your product is faulty, not as described, or does not function as intended, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us at yurikaccessories@gmail.com to make a claim under this guarantee.
For customers outside the European Union, we offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. If your product is faulty or not as described within this period, please contact us at yurikaccessories@gmail.com, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction. If 14 days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at yurikaccessories@gmail.com.
8. Uncollected Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout, a failure to collect the shipment from the pickup point within the carrier's holding period, or refusal of delivery without a valid reason, this does not constitute a return under the statutory right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) as defined in Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code. In such cases, we will issue a partial refund of the product value minus the original outbound shipping cost and a €4.50 handling and processing fee to cover the costs of receiving, inspecting, and restocking the returned item. Customers wishing to receive their order again will be responsible for a new shipping charge. Please ensure your delivery details are correct and that you collect your parcel within the carrier's specified timeframe. We are not liable for parcels returned due to the above circumstances.
